Here is a 2nd set of photos taken by Lou Coke in Europe during WWII or the Occupation. A different theme here.
Are these people German Red Cross? - DRK?
Some men are in suits, not uniforms. Are they city/village officials?
I have minimal knowledge - just enough to make guesses, which might be way off base.
Does anyone know what this group is all about?
